Ardenne's Craft Beer, lightly dark, with beautiful shiny reflects. Differents from the classic dark ales, because of its mild character, and the small touch of citrus at the end.

Bottle @ Van Moll Brewpub shared by Erwin Van Moll. Hazy murky yellow color, full sized white head. Aroma is lightly yeasty, sulphur, iron. Taste lightly malts, again sulphur and iron, yeast, slightly a herbal floral sweetness. Moderately dry finish, average to medium body, average to medium carbonation. Meh.

New organic beer from 3 Fourquets, from a 75 cl bottle (thanks Stefan!). Medium thick, off-white, sticky and very stable head, colour hazy yellow blonde with somewhat greenish hue. Aroma of freshly cut grass, sourdough, lemon peel and lemon grass, white grape, white bread, green apples, Poire William. Refreshing taste, a bit grainy, sourish touch, restrainedly fruity like a Granny Smith apple, sour berries, a bit yeasty with soft spicy hints, smooth and somewhat powdery mouthfeel, subdued malt sweetness and a grassy hoppy bitterish finish with a touch of βjeneverβ-like alcohol. Decent and not unpleasant, but in all again a stereotypical organic blonde - a style I never found any beer in which deserves world-class status. Except from Saison Dupont Biologique and Moinette Biologique, of course.

Sampled @ Gents Bierfestival 2014. 750 ml. bottle. Small, spare white head, yellow. Bitter hops, bit raw hay, light hop bitterness in the back, perfume, grass, malt, floral, bit muddled,β¦ Rather full malty body. Feels more rustic & raw than the regular one but not necessary better, a touch to muddled, nothing overly special but an okay beer for sure.
