F: white, big, long lasting. C: yellowish, hazy. A: malty, grassy, spicy, floral, herbs, bread, lemon, grapefruit, hay, dough, yeast. T: creamy mouthfeel, malty, grainy, grassy hops, citrus, floral, light alcohol, yeasty, white sugar, medium to full body, lively carbonation, for me more than ok as I like organics food, worth to try, 0,75l bottle from Färm organic shop in Brussels.

750 ml bottle from Yamaya. Lovely hop nose, lemony, minerals, so e grass, and light crackery malts. Thick, bright cloudy gold with a tall, airy head. Citrus, fruity, bit estery flavor, pilsner malts come though more, rather biscuity but not overly sweet. Good grapefruit and lemon flavors. Crisp and clean, touch of candy. Very good. This brewery has upped heir game. Good to see it at a great price point in Japan. Also quite nice for an organic.

Bottle 750ml. corked @ [ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015 (TEODRBSG15) ] - fonefan & Brugmansia House, Denmark. [ As Les 3 Fourquets Lupulus Organicus ].Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, grass - silage, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, silage, belgium yeast, grass, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours light hazy pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma of light citrus, grass, light malt a very light yeasty notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and ligh moderate to moderate bitter. Above light bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015. Pours hazy yellow with a frothy white head. Grass, lemon peel and citrus. Rough grainy and grassy flavor. A tad too overcarbonated. Smells a lot like their regular lupulus, flavor is disappointing.
