Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light sweet and moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Many thanks for this Organic Beer to JefVerstraete. Zdrowe i ekologiczne skladniki wyczuwa sie tu na kilometr. Przedziwny i intensywny aromat kiszonych ogorkow. W smaku bardzo owocowe, cytrusowe glownie, pomarancze niezbyt dojrzale oraz cytryny, nawet nieco banana bylo. Kolor jaskrawy, zlocisty, poczatkowo klarowny ale im blizej dna butelki to tym bardziej blotniste. Piwo ma w skladze cukier ale zupelnie w smaku go nie bylo, intensywna chmielowa warstwa piwa daje wytrawnosc i nawet lekka nute kwasna. Pyszne doskonale i niemal zblizone do wytrawnego wina musujacego, choc wysycenie bylo skromne. Doskonale do niedzielnego cieplego objadu. Degustowane w kieliszku 25cl Lupulusa, dzieki Pani Ewie. Bottle, stable medium creamy head, light hazy and a little intense yellow color, aroma of citrus and flowers with some breadimess in the back, flavor of citrus, almomds and rose petals, a touch rusty grapefruit peel bitterness, lingering fruity sourness and a peachy aftertaste. Very nice and enjoyable tripel.

Geel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en licht zoet met iets van vanille en perzik. Goed bier.

Bottle sample at the "Farewell to Vova Shack" tasting at Stas’s place. Thanks Vova. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of fruity esters (some apples), yeast, spiciness, a bit of alcohol. Slightly sweetish flavor, fruity, spicy, with a bit of alcohol. Strong carbonation.

Jun. ’16. A 0.75 l bottle. It poured a hazy yellow body with a big head. Herbal aroma, light biscuit and yeast. Flavor was bitter, quite hoppy, herbal and grassy, with fruity and biscuit malt. Very carbonated within its thin to medium body. Long finish, herbal with sweetish sugary malt. A tripel with no orange at all? Reading my old rating for the regular Lupulus, this is a huge step down. Nothing to do with "bio" description, just poorly made.

Draught @ Namur Beer Festival 2016. Aroma has sweet fruity tones and grass. Flavour has strong grassy hops, apricot and some fruity noted. Ends with cereal-like malt. I like the strong hops but they should cut down the sweetness.

Fra fad på DØE dag 1, sammen med Steven: lys korngul, ok skum. Dejlig aroma og smag af ananas, druer, honning. Blød og balancered. Ret lækker bitterhed i eftersmagen.

Draught at KØ16. Mild refreshing aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Very small white head. Malty flavour, hint of cream, butter and vanilla. Mildly citric finish. Low to medium bitterness.

Pours a hazy dark brown color, topped with a big beige head. Slightly roasty aroma with some caramel notes. A bit grainy. Starts sweet with a strong yeastiness in the body. SLightly bittery finish. Alcohol easily felt. Not the best one.
