Pastry Cream Stout
Some lines are meant to be crossed.
On The Edge leans all the way into the decadent side of stout, stacking deep roasted malt with waves of sticky caramel, lush coconut cream and a warming bourbon glow that lingers long after the first sip.
Rich chocolatey darkness meets silky pastry sweetness, while toasted coconut and buttery caramel swirl through the glass like liquid dessert. The bourbon warmth ties it all together, adding depth, richness and just the right amount of danger.
Dark. Boozy. Creamy. Indulgent.
You’re standing right on the edge of that first sip.

From a 440ml can on 7/6/2026. Pours a creamy brown - like Bailey's Irish cream - with a light tan head that disappears quickly. Smells strongly of choc caramel with a whiff of booze. Probably more sweet caramel than anything else, with a good dash of milk chocolate, and a touch of vanilla and coconut. Has a bare hint of bitterness in alightly boozy finish. Super creamy mouthfeel with softish carbonation. Fairly straight forward in some ways, and will be too dessertish for some, but this is just an utterly moreish creamy treat for those with a sweet tooth.
