Poured from a can dated 5/18/26 into a becher pint
Appearance is an opaque hazy golden with two fingers of tight white head that settles to a light top covering leaving a thick lace behind
Aroma of sweet candied grapefruit, orange, papaya, underripe pineapple and pine
Taste follows the aromas ripe juicy pink grapefruit dominates, with a soft citrus peel moving in. Pine lingers on the end meshing with a tropical sweetness.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a medium carbonation. A very soft creamy mouthfeel and very smooth make this exceptionally drinkable. A light bitterness plays with a dry finish begging you to take another drink
Overall this is a wonderful New England IPA. One I'd gladly come back to. Paradisi and Citra blend beautifully to create a citrus forward NEIPA that begs you to keep drinking.
