Draught as part of a tasting paddle at The Local Taphouse, Sydney, on August 10, 2013.Clear golden color, white head. Sweet, malty, grainy scent. Malty, sweet, caramel, bisquit, English malt taste. Caramel aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium grainy bitterness.

Draft at the Local Taphouse in Sydney. Clear deep amber color, medium white head. Aroma of rising bread dough, biscuits, sweet caramel. Taste is peppery straw. Tasty.
