Brewed in the tradition of the artisan brewers of Leipzig, this rare wheat beer is called Gose, pronounced "gose-uh". This style was extinct twice in Germany, but is today enjoying a revival in Leipzig and here in North America. Dry, tart, citrusy and deliciously refreshing on a hot summer's day!

Flavor is more on the light side with lemon hints and mild tartness. Has a herb-like presence to it as well.
