Well integrated bretta, with some crackery element. Tangy orange. Pours hazy brown with good head and lacing. Good balance but doesnt aproach the excellence of nectarous. Bottle present from my parents.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy bright amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light rustic malt with some dry funky Brett notes. Taste is a great mix between some Belgian malt with funky Brett notes with light vinous notes. Body is full with limited filtration and great carbonation. Nice level of complexity while also retaining great level of complexity.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a very large lingering white foamy head. Aroma brings out loads of brett, Belgian yeast, and biscuity notes. Flavour is very funky and wild, with dry brett, floral notes, Belgian yeast, and dry hops. Finishes on funky, dry, and yeasty notes. Now this is an expert brett saison. Must be the best farmhouse ale in BC. Phenomenal.

Corked bottle from Hastings Liquor Store, Vancouver; bottled Nov 08 2013
Hazy light amber color with large fluffy head. Mild aroma of Bretts, lemon peel, cedar. Highly carbonated; it has a funky character, wood, some lemon peel and other citrus fruits; the wood gives some bitter vegetable taste that is disturbing a bit in the final.
Should be polished for improvement, but it’s already nice.
