AROMAT: głęboka likierowa słodowość, delikatne estry - śliwkowe + słodka czekolada , jak się ogrzało pojawiły się nuty kakaowo-orzechowe, naprawdę przyjemny złożony aromat w którym dominuje słodycz nad palonością, której tak naprawdę jest bardzo mało i coś dziwnego cały czas mi się wbija jakby sos sojowy. SMAK: słodkie śliwki zalane likierem i gorzką czekoladą, delikatnie palona kawa, goryczka trochę za niska jak na styl z delikatnie alkoholowym przyjemnym finiszem . Wysycenie średnie do niskiego, dość pełne, wyklejające, gęste (po zamieszaniu szkła powoli spływa ze ścianek sniftera, bardzo dobrze ukryty alkohol. Ma to co powinno być w stylu poza palonością która nie jest nawet na poziomie umiarkowanym, nie każdemu podejdzie taka słodka ,deserowa interpretacja, mi akurat brakuje wysokiej paloności ( podstawa w stylu) i konkretnej goryczki, bliżej mu do BW ( takiej czarnej hybrydy) niż do ris (ale to moje zdanie ). Oczywiście ocena byłaby wyższa gdybym nie oceniał go w stylu bo piwo samo w sobie jest dobre , ale nie o to chodzi po to mamy style i opisy bjcp i pspd.

Nagy, tartós, barna hab, Sötétbarna, szinte fekete szín. Kávés, aszalt gyümölcsös illat. Enyhén édeskés csokoládés, kávés, aszalt gyümölcsös ízvilág, enyhe alkoholos lecsengéssel. Krémes, testes, de nem nehéz, enyhén szénsavas, közepesen keserű, amit inkább a pörkölt maláta ad. Kiváló desszertsör ami nem megy el a gejl irányba, végig komoly marad.

Intensiv malziger Antrunk mit deutlichen Kaffeearomen. Weich, süffig, die nun süßlichen Kaffeenoten steigen weiter. Geringe Karbonisierung, sehr geringe Bitterkeit. Erdige Noten, spät holzig, dafür dann aber wuchtig. Sehr langer Nachgeschmack. Sehr gut. 12/12/11/13/10/13

Appearance- black as night, opaque, a thick brown head of around 3 fingers. Looks the business. Aroma- fudge, chocolate brownie, roast malt, coffee, coffee cake, burnt treacle, more chocolate. Trace of smoke. Taste- thick, rich, gooey chocolate, black coffee, fudge cake, hint of plum and blackcurrant, leather, dark malts, treacle toffee. Mouthfeel is ridiculously thick and full, like a milkshake. Delicious dessert beer.

Smooth, sweet and rich. The coffee component seems less pronounced this time. Delicious.

Impenetrable black color with generous persistent brown head. The aroma reveals heavily roasted coffee and bread crust, I fear ashes. Liquid dark chocolate flows on the tongue like silk, the moderate sweetness and espresso complement it to perfection, while the alcohol and roastiness add to the balance in the final. Very close to the coffee filled chocolates called Pocket Coffee.
Here I am, sitting in Vancouver, and I can't help but thinking how the Danish/Belgian are still parsecs away when it's about brewing a solid Imperial Stout.
Delicious.
