On tap at Engine House No 9, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out bready makes and some earthy notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of earthy bready malt. Dry and earthy, with a dirty yeasty finish. Not too clean or pleasant, but okay.

Aaaah - the generic US brewpub amber, I so flew 6,000 miles for this ! Rates a fucken Rate right? Tap at the brewpub, 07/11/14 up for over 24 hours at this point to tick! Lightly hazed orange amber with moderate off white spotting and edgework. Nose is caramel, fruity notions, strawberry liqourice, malt underbelly. Taste comprises caramel notes, fruity tones, blandometer rising past amber. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So very so, typical sub par generic brewpub amber shmamber with a stoopid fuckin name to boot!
