Our nod to the Northern German classic cold fermented ale. A malt bill consisting mainly of Weyermann Pilsner malt with a touch of Vienna malt. Brewed with small amounts of Strisselspalt, Saaz and Mt Hood hops, then cold fermented with our house Kolsch ale yeast for 4 weeks before filtration. Super light approachable ale with little bitterness and light graininess lingering on the palate.

16oz can from Boise Co-op. Nice clear golden body with a small white head.Grainy, bready aroma, light hops. Taste is more of the crisp, clean grains, meadow, hay, grassy. Really nice.

16oz can pours out pale straw topped with a white hhead. Nose is sweet grain corn and grassy hops. Taste is more of the nice sweet grain corn and grassy hops.

Gold body with medium white head. Light grass aroma. Tastes hoppier than a European pilsner with a citrus note. Crisp finish

On tap at Engine House # 9 in Tacoma-USA. Cloudy yellow bright pour, white foam adhesive. Nose: kind of wired funk, bit flat. Mouth: bit creamy, not much of hay or malts, herbal anyway. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keg at the brewpub, 07/11/14. Clear golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is pale malt, straw, citric peel, tangerine. Taste comprises light bread dough, bitter orange, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a little citric pith riding. So so GB.

Draft - Pale malts and light honey notes. Clear gold with a. Decent white head. Pale malts, estery and grainy bitterness.

Clear golden color, small white head. Not much aroma, some light maltyness. Light-bodied. Dusty, a bit woody hoppyness. Light lingering Saaz bitterness in the finish. Not the most interesting beer, not much going on.

Cloudy blonde,lasting white head. Light fresh hop nose. Clean and crisp, easy drinking, a good session beer. As Beer Prince says, not much here, but that is usually true in a Golden/blond
