From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Aroma is grainy with straw, soft fruits, green apples, wood, musty and earthy notes. Lightly funky. Mildly sour with an unexpected dry bitter flavour. Decent, not what I expected, not bad as a beer but not anywhere near what I want from my Lambic.

Caramel color with a medium sized soapy white head. Tart and dry with notes of apple, pear and vinegar. Long finish. Medium body.

Draught at Monk's: pours pinkish orange with no head. Aroma is socks and basements, but not very complex. Taste is somewhat sour. Funky. OK.

A taster shared with Ryan. Appearance: clear golden with a white head. Aroma: fruity, some barrel and sweetness, no funk detected. Taste: along the same lines, lots of wood, some bitterness. Overall: not really the best example, good just as an experience.

Poured from the tap. Clear orangey gold with minimal white head. Apple, feint hint of leather, okay.

Hazy golden
Juicy/fruity base, nice balance of sweet and dry, pleasant barn notes, quince, citrus, easy drinkable.

Row 34 draught, 8/25/22. Clear, rusty copper. No head. Good and cellar-like, musty, funky, cheesy, heavy B. lambicus with tons of cherry pie. Good malt/wheat, nice balance, no acetic. Low on lactic acidity, even. A very soft lambic. Soft, almost still, lemon, cheese rind, heavy Brett. A lot more approachable than the 2017 Cantillon GCB I just had, though that's not necessarily a good thing. Kind of surprisingly uncomplex. Lemon, cherry, cheese rind. Is there Jerez in here somewhere? Certainly no slouch, though.
