Gleaming gold in the glass, our interpretation of this classic style offers enticing notes of toasted biscuit and stone fruit supported by a subtle degree of spicy European hops. Pair it with a food that is arguably one of Belgium's most enduring gifts to the world: French fries.

Gorgeous clarity. Nice lacing. Light yellow. Sort of a candy corn nose with caramel and sugars. Slight bread dough. Not bad. You certainly don’t get the abv at all. Mild spice at the finish. Sweet and slight maple taste. Belgian yeast isn’t too apparent

Draft at the source, with ajax25g. Bright crystal clear yellow color, white edge head. Aroma of funky hay and straw. Taste is similar.

On tap at Reuben's brews, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma of rye, clove, banana & slight spices - very light aroma though. Flavour brings out banana, clove and rye upfront, finishing with dominating banana notes. Surprisingly full-flavoured while remaining light-bodied and easily drinkable. Really good.
