Bomber bought at Super 1 in CDA, ID. This must be the same beer previously known as Summer Solsice? Pours slightly hazy golden with a large off-white lacy head with excellent retention. Aroma is full of citrus--perfect for an APA. Taste is lightly sweet before turning faintly bitter. Nice and smooth. Simple, crisp, refreshing and very good

22 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 5/15/2012. Pours hazy golden straw color with a nice 2 finger dense white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Some nice spotty lacing clings to the glass. Aromas of tangerine, grapefruit, herbal, floral, pineapple, mango, and bread. Very nice aromas with good strength and balance. Taste of grapefruit, pine, orange zest, herbal, floral, bready grain, grass, and pineapple. Good amount of bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of citrus, pine, herbal, bread, and grass on the finish for a short bit. Good balance of hop flavors; with a nice bitterness/sweetness balance. Medium carbonation and body; with a nice crisp mouthfeel. Alcohol presence is minimal, with only a slight warming after the finish noticed. Overall this is an excellent pale ale! Considering the simple grain bill(2 row and Amarillo); this turned out very balanced and refreshing, with a nice hop flavor profile. Very crisp and easy to drink. Well done.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours orange gold with a creamy 3 finger white head. Aromas of citrus hop and 3-in-1 oil? With a deep inhale that’s what is suggested. Med body. Flavor is fruity/citrus over some light roast caramel. Decently bitter. There is a certain oilyness, but it all finishes with a reasonable approximation of grapefruit rind.
