Bottle at Huppel the Pub, Den Haag. Poured a murky medium brown with a thin broken white head. The aroma is aniseed, floral hop, liquorice bitter. The flavour is moderate bitter sweet with a rich smooth crisp, veggie herbal, light spice, floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle from het Biermoment, BB 06 Oct 2018, large sample. Hazy brown color, medium rocky head. Aroma of winter spices, toffee, cinnamon, quite some clove, bit bubblegum. Soft to medium bitterness, dry spicy clove, bit toffee sweetness. Good body and complexity, bit heavy on the spices. Ok.

33cl Bottle from Melgers, thanks Erik! Dark brown colour, beige head. Aroma of pine needles, quite hoppy as well, Christmas spices, molasses. Flavour is medium sweet, quite spicy, malty, pine needles, strong hoppy finish, herbal, molasses. Medium bodied. Unbalanced, but nice anyway.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (ØJ-dag share 03/11/2016) - dark amber to brown pour with off-white head. Sweet malty aroma and taste, plenty of caramel sweetness, hoppy backing, nice medley of spices into the finish.
