On tap at Uiltje Bar. Clear golden colour, no head. Aroma of cheesy funk, stable, hint of sour peach, lemon. Flavour is quite dry, cheesy, funky, lemon, quite tart, acidic, malt, wood, tart-bitter finish. Light bodied. Nice.

On tap at 100 pív Pours hazy gold. Chardonnay on a nose. Tastes sourish, grapes, dry sour tail. Very good.

2017 version on tap at Mikkeller Warsaw. Hazy golden/orange pour with a medium frothy foam. Nose: leather, citrus highlights, rustic with a feel of hay. Mouth: clean start, tartness is mild, fruitiness you can feel it far away, lemony tart finish.

Shared by vinivini from a sample at Eric the Red in Moscow (thanks, this isn’t something I’d usually go for). Pours hazy ochre with a good white head. Aroma is funk, lemons, barnyard. Taste is sour and dry. Interesting and pleasant.

Sample on tap at Trail's End. Pours a clear, orange color, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is lemon peel, cardamom, sawdust, white sugar, grass clippings, and leather. Pretty dry and quite funky. Light body, with a crisp, puckering, acidic, and grainy palate. Pretty assertive, and not very sour, just dry and funky. Nice.
