Bag in a box at Bottle & Books, Bristol 6/8/2018. Hazy gold in colour and pancake flat. a funky beer, with dry cider-like barnyard character, oak, plenty of tartness and a hint of lemon, before a dry, lingering, finish with a hint of sherry sweetness. Very good.

Tap into a teku showing moderately filtered medium amber with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of brett, white grape, and perfectly integrated sweet Belgian yeast. The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. Moderately tart with clean pronounced notes of brett, apricot, and light notes of bright red wine with a malty mid to finish. Moderate pilsner bitterness on the finish.
