Sample at the brewpub. Dark amber-brown color with a medium thin light beige head that recedes steadily. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, caramel and hops. Medium-bodied with flavors of peaty malt, hops and a bit of dark fruit. The finish is sweet with an earthy malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft at the source. Clear deep amber brown color. Aroma of lightly tiasted nutella. Taste is pecans, hazelnuts, caramel. Nice.
