On tap at À la Mort Subite , Brussels. My first Faro. Kind of strange experience. Sweet and fruity with some sweetness and sourness, reminded me of a Rose Wine.

On tap at La Mort Subite, pours a clear golden orange, no head. Aroma brings out gentle earthy cardboard and light candi sugar. Flavour is nicely sugary without being cloying, with candi sugar and gentle earthiness. Clean and sugary. Obviously this isn't a work of art, but it's not terrible really. Drinkable sugary booze water.

Tap at A La Mort Subite. Bit hazy light brown with almost no head. Light funk, dank hay, soft bready and sugary, apricot, old wood, soft lemon. Medium sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Way better than I expected, there's some actual lambic taste in here.

Tap at À la Mort Subite. Aroma is candied sugar, caramel, fudge. Taste is sugary, caramel, metallic, just a touch of Lambic left. Medium carbonation. Useful to get a Faro tick, but not more I guess.
