Something In The Green is a dual purpose machine; teaming up Simcoe hops in all of its forms (T-90, Cryo, DynaBoost, HyperBoost, and Quantum) alongside AirMyne CO2 that was captured and processed from our environment. The Stan Musial of hops, Simcoe, makes any brewer's Mount Rushmore for not just its longevity at the top of the IPA game, but mostly for its unparalleled profile of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, resinous pine needles, tropical passion fruit, bright nectarine, smashed lemongrass, and hints of pineapple.
