Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process.

For this version of Dora we slightly modified our agitation process during dry hop with a little venting. We want to keep as much aroma as possible while off gassing just a little. The result is quite lovely. Soft fruity citrus, berry, papaya.
