Draft at Bar Bacon, 6/17/15. Clear orange color with our really any head or lace. Fairly sweet and malty aroma. Honey notes. Bread. Fairly sweet flavor as well. Light, soft, and fairly easy drinking. Sweet, but not overpoweringly so. Not bad.

Pours an amber from the tap. Not much going on in the nose, flavor is a honey malt. Kind of thin in the mouth with not much going on. Okay beer.

Tap at draught 55 my cousin is a bock lover so recomended this brew. Pours dull hazed golden brown no head to speak of. Nose is faint caramel and toast. TAstes of toast, caramel, grapes, figs, some cardboard, and pale malt. Thin palate.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours amber with a white head. Aroma is dried fruits and caramel. Taste is somewhat sweet, but not cloying or anything like that. Pretty simple beer, but well pulled off without some of the off-putting features of the style.

Draft at the source. Clear amber color, almost flat. Aroma of caramel with burnt edges. Taste is fruity caramel.
