Appearance: Fogged deep gold with a large off-white frothy head of good retention. Aroma: Pale malt, spicy Belgian yeast, Overripe apples, grass Taste: Pretty much the same. Medium dry, light to medium bitter. Mouth feel: Medium body, average plus carbonation. Summary: Decent.

En tulipa, color dorado, muy turbia, con partículas en suspensión, espuma blanca de media retención. En nariz buen golpe de levadura belga, repostería, algo de banana, fruta de hueso madura y especias. En boca, partiendo de las notas aromáticas que emana podríamos esperar de ella una cerveza bastante decente, no obstante sospecho que el ejemplar que llegó a mis manos no se encontraba en buen estado, el evidente exceso de partículas en suspensión y una acusada nota a óxido así lo indican. Dejo ahí pues mi puntuación con la sospecha de que habría sido más alta si mi ejemplar hubiese estado en mejores condiciones.

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca fine pannosa persistente, colore giallo oro limpido, al naso lieviti belgi banana cereali leggero miele, in bocca è speziata marmellata di pesche frutta a pasta gialla leggero chiodi di garofano, corpo leggero, carbonazione forte (ottimo), dolce con amaro moderato. Secca asciutta. Scorrevole e molto bevibile. Molto molto buona. c. Carrefour Germignaga. 21.10.22

Brilliant white foamy head stayed on a well carbonated pale amber coloured body. Citrus, Belgian yeast & zesty aroma. Medium bodied, sharp & clean. Citrus, bitter, Belgian yeast & spiced tastes with a tangy finish. Standard Blonde.
