Hoppy Amber Ale
Canyon Walls is a throwback to an old recipe made in our home brew days, inspired by the amber ales of the Pacific NorthWest. Brewed with a base of @rabbit_hill_malthouse matapeake 2-row, maris otter, caramel, and a dash of chocolate malt. Hopped in the kettle with cascade and chinook.
We’re getting notes of grapefruit and fresh pine, caramel and toffee, lightly toasted bread with orange marmalade, cherry cola, underripe strawberry, and scenic drives along the Columbia River.

Draft at Stateside Tap + Tavern, 6/1/26. Unclear reddish-orange color, beige head, strong lacework. Grainy, spice, caramel, toffee, earth. Malty sweetness, earthy hop dryness. Tons of flavor. Well balanced.
