A modern, punchy west coast double IPA with Mosaic, Strata, Krush Cryo & Mosaic Incognito in the whirlpool, and dry-hopped with Mosaic, Mosaic Hyperboost, Strata CGX & Krush. The result is a highly aromatic beer with an explosion of marmalade and tropical fruit flavours, offset by moreish bitterness.

Hazy yellow color and mid-sized white head. Grapefruity, peachy aroma. Medium-bodied. Grapefruit, peachy flavour. Long citrusy bitter aftertaste. Semi-sweet.

Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close peppered with juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy enough DIPA that ticks the style boxes well enough.

TCBW2026. Golden colour with a small white creamy white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is zest, grapefruits, some pine and resin along with mild wooden tones as well as some mild peachy elements. Flavour is grapefruits, some spruce shoots, pind, mild resin with some ripe fruity tones. Nicely bitter as well. Refreshing.
