This pale ale is a mind-bending whirl of the aromas and flavors of blood orange and Northwest hops.

tap at JK’s. Figured this would be considered a session IPA from the taste. Very easy to drink - very nice beer

Bottle to pint glass. Aroma is straight orange with a white wheat malt background. Hazy orange with moderate, sustained white head. Taste is orange and stone ground cracker. Thinnish mouthfeel. Slightly dry finish.

Cloudy orange-yellow pour with a white head and great retention. Good lacing. Smooth mouthfeel. Taste has a citrus edge and a soft bitter finish. Mellow APA.

355ml bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with plenty of sediment floating around and a small, frothy, long lasting, white head that laces. Sweet aroma of orange and grapefruit. Sweet flavour of orange rind, grapefruit, bready malt, yeast and light pine with a dry, bitter, resiny finish. Medium body with a thick, oily texture and soft carbonation. Tasty.

light orange with a 1 finger white head. citrus nose with a grainy undertone. citrus fades here and leaves me with a very light mouthfeel, light carb, a little orange juice contrencetrate and maybe some chewy malt.

RBSG 2016 grand tasting. Pale, with IPA aromas. First is is what else? IPA. But hey, I see it’s supposed to be an APA. I’d say we are definately in the IPA territory fer sure. Ubiquitous IPA effects all round. Terribly on style for an IPA, if it was one. Long bitter chewing on green greapefruit rinds mixed with pine tar and spruce needles finish. Can’t really identify the blood orange in this.

Bottle at RSBG Grand Tasting. Pours a yellow gold with medium white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong citrus and pine. Medium body, pine, dank, citrus. Good.

12oz bottle into a Corsendonk badged tulip on 23rd May 2016 while on holiday in California. Blood orange particles floating in an orange sea is what it looked like and it had an aroma and taste to match. Different.

Tap at Keyaki. Cloudy orange color. Very fruity nose of sweet peaches and oranges. Fuzzy, wheat flavor, candy-like sweetness that is very off-putting. No thanks.
