Slightly hazy amber and copper coloured body with a solid, 2 centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of rye, grain, earthy hops and some light alcohol bitterness. Medium-bodied; Strong rye and grain flavour with a light earthy flavour, some nuts and a hint of alcohol and some light english hops at the end. Aftertaste shows some light toffee and caramel with only a touch of hops noticeable - fairly light. Overall, a decent rye-based pale with a solid profile and a nice robust finish. Nice to try! I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from New Beer Distributors in New York, New York on 25-April-2014 for US$2.50 sampled on the train to New York on 17-July-2014!

12 oz can purchased at Wine & Cheese, If You Please? on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. 6/23/14 stamped on bottom of can. The pour is a cloudy orange yellow with a 1/2 inch white head. The aroma is resin floral, spice of the rye along with a bit of floral and grainy cracker malt. Fresh nose. The taste is a perfect blend of the floral, the rye and the cracker malt. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft carbonation and a resin rye clean finish. Nice one.

Poured from a can, unknown donator. Decent white lacing-head to a near-clear pale golden coloured body. Grassy hops on the nose with fruity notes. Rounded taste profile of juicy malts, citrus, dusty hops and mid-sweet malts. Juicy bitterness to the ending. Medium bodied. Smooth on the swallow. Very refreshing (CBC, Copenhagen 03.05.2014).
