Mint version available. We use fresh mint and add it in our lagering tank. Hence it develops a refreshing flavour which complements the roasted barley for more complexity and spiciness. Our idea was to reproduce the aroma effect of an « after eight » chocolate.

Deutlich minziger Antrunk. Die Malzigkeit ist später erkennbar, wird aber von der Minze z.T. verdrängt. Herb, leicht süß. Rund aber schon etwas komisch. 11/11/11/10//10

Draught at REAL A Gastropub, Honolulu, HI
Black color. Light aroma of roasted malt and soil. The mouthfeel is lean, with mild roasted malt flavor, quite dry, with dark chocolate shavings, to which the mint (or basil) adds a very nice freshness; correct bitterness.
In the Hawaii weather, it’s an interesting and refreshing option.
