We liked this beer so much when we brewed it for our eleventh anniversary last year that we decided to make it a (semi-)regular thing! This is a simple and delicious one, made with Weyermann Pilsner Malt, and hops throughout the boil with Tettnang and Hallertauer Mittelfruh. The hops and awesome malt just shine through. Crystal clear and perfectly carbonated from an ice-cold nap in our lagering tanks. We're gonna be absolutely crushing this one.

Can from Tavour. Pours light bright clear gold with a significant white head. Aroma of biscuit and a good dose of grass/spice. Arguably med body. Flavor is the aroma. It's dry crisp and bitter. Noble hops rule. Excellent.

Tavour: pours gold with white head. Aroma is grass and lemon and bread. On the bitter side, bready for sure. Lingering aftertaste. Good.

On tap at Holy Mountain Phinney, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright, fresh grassy hops, herbaceous notes, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is bright, with copious grassy hops for the style, pronounced bitterness, and crisp crackery malt. Vibrant, bitter and eminently clean. Excellent pils.
