West Coast Pale Ale
A West Coast pale ale brewed with Pilsner and wheat malts and firmly hopped with a blend of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Columbus and Strata. Pale yellow with a beautiful white cap of foam. Aromas are driven by notions of lime zest, mandarinquat and deep blueberry compote. Dry with a crunchy bitterness and long hop density.

On tap at Holy Mountain Phinney, pours a clear bright golden with a medium white head. Aroma has bright melony hops, some allium, bright pine, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is bright and bitter—more heavily hopped than many IPAs—with lots of bitter pine, citrus zest, and crisp biscuity malt. Bright, bitter and highly drinkable. Excellent.

On tap at Holy Mountain - Phinney Ridge. Pours clear golden blonde with a white head. Dry pine, berries, resin, and biscuit malts on the nose. Flavour is dank and resinous, some dry pine and berries. Great hop expression. Fantastic pale ale.
