On tap at Oakshire PDX, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma screams out huge bourbon barrels, some spicy rye, dark dried fruits, and roasted malt. Flavour is remarkably rich, with intense dark dried fruits, complex dark sugars, some toffee, and an elegant mix of bourbon barrel blending. Extremely rich palate that has enough sugars without ever becoming remotely cloying. Wonderful blend.

On tap at Oakshire (Portland). Pours clear black with a minimal head. Loads of bourbon barrels, dark sugars, some dried fruit leather, and roasted malts on the nose. Flavour is rich and malty, bready malts, dark sugars, fruit leather, a touch of molasses, and loads of big bourbon barrels. All very well integrated. Excellent.
