Red IPA

Looking Back is a brand new Red IPA that we have hit with a classic combo of Amarillo, Chinook, NZ Cascade and Simcoe. Leaning firmly into the autumn months to come, we've built this gorgeous Red IPA with a delicate mix of malts that give us this beautiful auburn red colour in the glass, that pours crystal clear and glimmers in the sunlight. On the nose, we're hit with a complex bouquet of toasted malts, toffe and caramel, blended with distinctive pine and citrus from the hops. On the palate, the body is somewhat lean, while boasting notes of biscuit and toffee, before giving way to a midweight and balanced bitterness. From there we're treated to a rolling wave of orange marmalade, hits of pine, grapefruit pithyness and a finishing touch of bitterness. Pair it with a Hot Cross Bun and you'll be good to go.

Hops: Amarillo, Chinook, NZ Cascade, Simcoe

From a 440ml can on 16/6/2026. Pours a clear amber with a small head. The nose is lightly fruity with some malt in the background. On the sip, it starts with some biscuit and caramel malt, leading into some sweetish citrus fruit. Finishes firmly bitter with dashes of both pine and resin. Medium body with average carbonation. Goes down nicely.
