Our Intimidator Doppelbock is a traditional German style lager with a big malt presence. Rich and smooth with a little alcohol warmth and just a slight hint of bitterness in the sweet finish.

Bottle: Bubbly, very dark brown with a small, creamy tan head. Sweet....chocolate/dark fruit/cherry scent. Taste is slightly tangy caramel malt, slightly vinous chocolate/cherry malt. A little clingy.

Bottle. Chocolate malt, cherry, and light astringent alcohol aroma. Dark brown with minimal head. Sweet cherry, chocolate malt, and mildly bitter/astringent alcohol flavor. Body a bit light. Not bad.

Deep mahogany with a long lasting tan head. Nutty malt aroma, some alcohol. The flavor is lightly malty with a light sourness in the finish. A bit washy and thin

Bottle thanks to beerandblues2. Poured a semi-clear dark brown color with a nice caramel note to it. Smooth, sweet. Pretty tasty. Enjoyed this one a lot. Caramel notes, touch of yeast in there. Alcohol is there, but there isn’t a burn.
