Tropical Sour with Mango, Pineapple and Orange
Brewed with golden promise pale malt, wheat, locally grown oats and fermented for four months with Brettanomyces and soured with our house culture. We refermented this base beer with over 200g/l of pineapple and mango puree in addition to a 120kg of whole organic Navelina oranges from Arboleas, Spain which were zested and juiced by hand.

Bottle thanks to McCash. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of orange and pineapple. Taste is strong orange, sharp sour fruit. Not getting the mango. Sour finish.

Bottle from Cornelius. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of orange sherbet and pineapple. Flavour of bitter lemon, juicy orange and pineapple. Medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. This is juicy and delicious - lovely sweet and sour vibes.
