Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Nelson, Idaho 7, Mosaic, Mosaic Dynaboost, and Nelson Amplifire oils are carefully layered over a bed of pilsner, 2 row, and white wheat malts, making this IPA bring forward notes of white grape, blueberry, pink grapefruit, and hints of tangy sauv blanc. Named for Mat & Missy’s beloved pup (Happy 10th, Bru!).

On tap at Living Haus, pours a lightly hazed blonde with a small white head. Aroma is mega-dank, with lots of tangy hop oils, some pine, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bright and assertive, with big dank hops, pine cones, some melony hop tang, and dry crisp biscuity malt. Wonderful hop blend, potently assertive hop structure. Fantastic WCIPA.

On tap at Living Haus. Pours a slightly hazy yellow-blonde with a white head. Loads of bright pine, melon, and white wine grapes on the nose. Flavour has tons of pine, sticky resins, and a tangy white wine grape character. Fantastic.
