Noble IPA with Ariana, Citra & Strata hops
Jose, our Noble IPA, is a pretty standard West Coast IPA for us. That means it’s bursting with fruit notes and has a dry and snappy finish. What makes this one less than standard is the German noble hop that we wanted to showcase. Ariana is a much fruitier hop than you typically find in the German growing regions of the Hallertau. This hop had beautiful notes of guava candy and sweet berry underneath. We blended it with American grown Strata and Citra and we think they paired beautifully.

On tap at Living Haus, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some earthy, sweaty hops, pine, and red berry. Flavour is clean, with light berry, gentle pine, and biscuity malt. Not the most vibrant hop expression, but the structure of the beer is very good. Solid enough, but far from my favourite from these guys.

On tap at Living Haus. Pours clear golden blonde with a white head. Grassy allium and dank pine on the nose. Flavour has some earthy allium and resinous pine. Not a huge fan of the hops, but well made.
