Two New Zealand hops doing what they do best. Nelson Sauvin throws down with its wild, wine-like funk and that unmistakable diesel edge, while Nectaron softens the blow with juicy passion fruit and nectarine. It’s a push and pull between dank and fruity, resinous and tropical. Crisp, clean finish with a solid bitter backbone. This is what happens when you let two heavy hitters share the spotlight.

Yellow body with medium white head. Citrus and alcohol aroma. Taste is hop forward but not overwhelming. Good body. Crisp finish

On tap at The Beer Mongers, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of white wine tanginess from the hops, light piney oils, and subtle dankness. Flavour has bright white wine hop tang, gooseberry character, pine, dankness, and crisp biscuity malt to back. Wonderful Nelson expression, good balance, and amply bitter. Excellent.
