Part chaos, part control. Part tradition, part reinvention. Paired up some of our favorite Motueka + Rakau + Sterling hop lots with a beloved East Coast Saison strain and followed wherever they decided to go. The result is bright and wandering. Fizzy and bright. Lime blossoms, orchard fruit, wildflowers, spice, and something just beyond description.

16 oz can from the brewery, 6/17/26. Fully hazy yellow color with a rather large white head and some girly strong lacework. Lemon, grains, dough, herbal notes, spice. Lots of flavor.
