Our own little Paullywog is growing up! After about 6 months in the cellar, Paul Linthacum has brewed his first beer front-to-back with guidance and collaboration from Sean Burke (formerly The Commons & Von Ebert). We’re very excited about this crushable saison with notes of citrus and banana.

On tap at Vice, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a reasonably rustic saison yeast with minimal esters, and some hay. Flavour does have a bit too much estery character unfortunately, along with gentle rustic notes, and a touch of hay. Too much estery nonsense coming through. Not great.
