We're adding to our cache of true pub drinking beers in the midst of the World Cup explosion in our area! Latewood was built up from all British malts and hops, utilizing some of our favorite floor-malted Maris Otter, a touch of pale crystal malt, and then hopped throughout the boil with East Kent Goldings. Destined to be consumed by the pint at the bar, the combination of stonefruit esters from this UK sourced yeast along with gentle citrus and herbal qualities of the hops keep this one fully engaging, without being overpowering or derailing from the true purpose - a social lubricant when out with friends.
