We've been loving these single IPAs lately, and this latest one is no slouch. Coming through with a heavy bunch of oats alongside some beautiful @rabbit_hill_malthouse spelt malt, Tree of Dawn has a silky smooth mouthfeel that lays down the base for our usual hefty dry hopping. Flavor and aroma courtesy of @freestylehops Manilita, some of our favorite Simcoe, and a bit of NZ Cascade to brighten things up. Creamy citrus, lush tropical smoothies, with some bright grapefruit zest to keep it fresh.

Draft at Oakflower, 6/18/26. Hazy darker yellowish color with a white head and some streaky lacework. Bright grapefruit, mangonion, and apricot / peach. Smooth, creamy feel. Tasty.
