On draft at Pizzeria Paradiso Georgetown DC. Pours black with a tan head. Rich bourbon aroma. Somewhat thin mouthfeel but about right for a stout. Flavors of oak, vanilla and bourbon. Mellow finish.

Aroma very well influenced by the smell of bourbon. Appearance dark brown with a slight tan head. Taste of vanilla and bourbon. Very smooth and drinkable long and sweet overtones on the palate

Draft. Black color, brown head. Aroma of pure bourbon. Taste is more of the same. Too much bourbon, not enough beer.

On tap at Map Room. Poured black with a small brown head that dissipated to a film around the edges. Aroma was full of overwhelming bourbon with some sweet grains and a bit of dark fruit. Flavor again had a very strong bourbon note that overwhelmed the underlying sweet grains and dark fruit.
