Cask at Hogs Back Brewery. Light gold. Slightly opaque. Thin frothy foamy white head. Aroma has citrus. Underlying grains and bready malts. Flavourwise it's medium sour - citrus and gooseberry - with a light bitterness in the edge. Underlying light malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable sat in the sun, looking up at the petrol station on top of the Higs back.
