Barrel Aged Maibock (Heller, aka light-colored Bock)
Collaboration with Radix Fermentation. 
Made with German and Czech malt, German noble hops, and aged in Pinot Noir oak barrels for over 3 months. 
Aroma: herbal, baking spices, dandelion wine, slightly brown and toasted bread
Appearance: golden yellow, clear, light tan foam
Taste: moderate bitterness, warming sweetness, some dark fruit and caramel
Mouthfeel: slight alcoholic coating, crisp and drinkable, complex
