Our second label with our good buddy and local Oly art legend Larissa Podzaline! For this round we all decided to go with a milk stout because, well, so many ways to take that idea visually! We kept it really simple and real satisfying, made with English Maris Otter as a base and Crisp Chocolate malt as well as some dehusked black malt to keep the roast character real smooth. A touch of lactose and fermented open with our English ale strain, carbed soft for the smoothest milk drink around!

Dark body with thin tan head that lasts. Malt, chocolate and milk aroma. Light malty taste with chocolate, milk and a little herb. Chocolate malt finish.
