A late gusher; the gushing doesn't start 'til you pour it into the glass. Once you've cleaned up the mess the colour is muddy pale brown. The airy head looks weak but is quite steady. Sourish aroma with notes of strawberries, whipped cream and rubber. Thick mouthfeel. Sourish flavour with notes of unripe strawberries, whipped cream and chocolate. Not that bad, pity it makes a mess,
