Loads of pinot noir grape in this. Very winy. Some grapefruit bretty, lots of lime as well. Pours dark golden with pretty good head. Tart finish. I usually love Sainte Adairius but the saisons I had to day were mostly just OK. Tap at Churchkey.

Poured from a 500 ml.bottle.
Aroma is fruity and grape forward with lots of grape must. Lots of stone fruit and light berry notes. Hints of citrus. Light grain and oak notes. Light alcohol notes.
Pours a reddish amber color with a small, thin, slightly pink head that recedes quickly and disappears. No lacing and medium small legs.
Flavor is a bit acidic with light grain notes and a touch of sweetness. Medium bitterness and moderate alcohol notes. Lots of fruity grape notes with some must, stone fruit and hints of berry. Hints of lemon and oak..
Mouthfeel is medium full bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid saison with nice grape notes. Rather fruity with good saison and barrel notes. Alcohol is fairly well hidden and balanced nicely by all the other notes.
