On nitro tap at Roscoe’s, pours black with a big creamy tan head. Aroma has plenty of earthy coffee and gentle roast. Flavour is smooth, with plenty of deep, earthy coffee, gentle roast, and very low-level sugars. The nitro washes a lot of the complexity away though, which is disappointing. Solid—could be better with proper CO2 carb.
