Crafted by our resident Scotsman, Brewer Bart of the Clan MacKenzie. This traditional Scotland-style ale pours a deep dark amber with copper glints. It features rich toffee and caramel flavors, a slight perfumy warmth, and subtle tobacco and leather undertones. With its chewy body and bold, malt-forward profile, it’s a wee bit heavy on flavor from start to finish.

On tap at Full Sail, pours a clear dark amber with a small white head. Aroma has dry bready malt, a touch of caramel, and some red berries. Flavour is very malty and yet not too sweet, with big bready malt, toasted caramel, and a dry, slightly metallic finish. Good malty base to this, maintaining drinkability by not being too sweet. Good stuff.
