Capped 500 from Tavour. Pours light rose with a significant white head. Aroma is sour/tart/woody/raspberry. Med body. Sweet/tart/sour. Amazing that. Dry, astringent and raspberry. Brett is almost turned into fruit. Wonderful flavor.

On tap at Holy Mountain - Interbay, pours beautiful slightly dark red with a small white head. Aroma has a wonderful oaky character that accentuates the tart cherries and raspberries, some brett, and gentle acidity. Flavour is remarkably complex, with an incredible tart raspberry and cherry character, deep oak, and wonderful brett character. Divine fruit character that is beautifully accentuated by the oak and wild yeast. Phenomenal.

On tap at Holy Mountain - Interbay. Pours a hazy mahagony with a white head. Loads of fresh raspberries and funky wild yeast on the nose. Flavour is packed full of tart, juicy raspberries, a fantastic rustic wild yeast expression, and a bitter, tart finish. Deep fruit expression and complexity. This is excellent.
